Walking & Yoga

Walking and yoga are complimentary to each other and lead you on a path to a healthy life style for body, mind and spirit.  Five different walking routines will be introduced and a variety of yoga postures which will increase cardio fitness, strength and flexibility while reducing stress and calming the body and mind.
This class will combine 45 minutes of walking followed by yoga.
